Download by clicking on any Subject to open it, and then click on the attachment button (little paperclip) at the bottom of that item's description.

Must rename files ending ".exe_file" to ".exe"
(Can click here for tool to do that.)

In Win7/Vista may need to set 'Run as Admin' privileges for some EM tools to enable them to hook into eccopro.
