Is there a way to block the Scratch notepad from putting every new item at the top of the list? For some .ECO folders a new item stays where I put it in the list. For other .ECO folders new items always get moved to the top of the list. I have not been able to determine what settings are affecting this action.
 
I have tried setting persistent sort to none, removing and adding columns but nothing works. The other funny thing is that some of my .ECO folders were working the way I want and then suddenly new items would be moved. I have no recollection of changing anything.
