I would like to add a country holiday-list that is not now present: Portugal.  In other words, I'd like for this country-choice to display is Calendar Options -> Holidays -> Show Holidays for ... .
 
Then, I would like to populate it with the holidays.
 
I've looked in the Windows Registry, looked into the EccoPro file file directory, searched the Forums, searched with Google, and 'Ecco Pro add holiday calendar' and all possible variations of this search string -- keeps coming up with 'zero hits' -- relevant to what I'd like to do.  
 
Any advice or links would be most appreciated.

I believe I'm already registered for an Ecco group at Yahoo, but I'm more accustomed to forums and found the group's structure confusing.  If I can't find my way around there, I'll be back ...

I would like to create new entry for the country selection menu.  Then, I'd like to put the appropriate holidays there.  Perhaps how to do this may be found in the old posts?
