Right now,  requires that you sign a non-disclosure agreement,  and pay a nominal fee (to cover the time & cost involved in helping you personally)
 
 
 
If there is any way to do this WITHOUT THE ABOVE,  suggestions are welcome.
 
If non-obvious,   publishing,  or even 'sharing' the password break hack for network ecco,   does not seem like such a great idea.

ps: This is for ECCO NETWORK passwords, and not for lost passwords for individual files.   Help is possible for recovering data from password lost files,  but,  would require a HUGE amount of convincing that you are the owner of the file.
