does not work in VISTA, so you have to get a program from MS to read the file in Vista....
 
I already downloaded, however if you follow the messages that Vista pops up, seach on MS site, use Google Smiley or download from here....
 
the file name is - Windows Help File Reader Vista 6.0-KB917607-x86
