Appointments where the font color is set will be printed with a color background. The first character of the appointment's text will be used to determine which of the 14 Ecco colors is used when printing the background for that item
 
 
 
 
Simplified Instructions:
 
Download the file, rename the file by removing the _file from the end of the file name.
 
Double Click on the File to Run it.
 
If warned that the author is unknown by MicroSoft,  select the 'Run' anyway option.
 
 
 
Advanced User Note:
 
This feature is controled by, and can be de-activated by removing the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetManage\Ecco\Ecco\PrintApptBkColors
