I would like to add a country holiday-list that is not now present: Portugal. In other words, I'd like for this country-choice to display is Calendar Options -> Holidays -> Show Holidays for ... .

Then, I would like to populate it with the holidays.

I've looked in the Windows Registry, looked into the EccoPro file file directory, searched the Forums, searched with Google, and 'Ecco Pro add holiday calendar' and all possible variations of this search string -- keeps coming up with 'zero hits' -- relevant to what I'd like to do.

Any advice or links would be most appreciated.

Ecco allows adding custom holidays.

That info is stored in registry at NETMANAGE/Ecco/Custom Holidays

Thus you can add holidays for others via a registry 'patch' (registry file with added entries).

at the ecco_pro yahoo group there is (in files section) an eccoPro 'Complete' single file archive with prior years info. download the 50M archive and filter/search for holiday.. and you will find history & info of the issue.

I previously looked at these Registry keys for my EccoPro installation, and came up against a brick wall -- when I found they were blank! So I will have to do some research, to where you directed me.

I believe I'm already registered for an Ecco group at Yahoo, but I'm more accustomed to forums and found the group's structure confusing. If I can't find my way around there, I'll be back ...

manually add a couple holidays to ecco.

then look at the registry fields.

But, wouldn't these entries only modify the country currently selected?

I would like to create new entry for the country selection menu. Then, I'd like to put the appropriate holidays there. Perhaps how to do this may be found in the old posts?
