Title: Recommendation for pasting to Word Processor Post by william1853 on 01/17/07 at 11:25:53 Hello and great start for a web page and forum. As you appear to be the most active "developer" working with Ecco, can I ask what you use to copy an outline from Ecco to WORD (or Worperfect or OpenOffice or whatever)? It is such a pain to lose the bullets or paragraph numbering and have to reset them after pasting. Do you have a recommendation as to how best to do this? Or is Eccomagic any help with this? thanks |

BUT In the question regarding the use of shooter mention is made of WORK, and that is ambiguous. WORKS is a M$ program different in format from WORD. I have never tried the shooter on works, but would be surprised if it did work. I don't like the outline format in WORD either, but some must use it. Ecco is better in the way the outline entry behaves. Thanks for revitalizing discussions on the yahoo group. aroundem |

Indeed... That should be "Word'97", but trying with MS Works might actually work. ps: if you just want the text into word, without the outline format, You can get that, with colors, even graphics, by using a print-to-word driver. like EPrint http://www.eprintdriver.com/. (But it does not end up in Word outline format...) |
