Common Phrases:
Common Phrases is a system wide tool. Not only for adding and editing quotations. You can add and edit all kinds of most often used reference text for quick access as and when you need them. Think about it. You can add all kinds of text based templates - like email and letters, signatures, slogans, text snippets and so on. You can also use the common phrases tool to quickly insert multiple email address when sending to several recipients at the same time. Just right-click in the “to” field and insert your selection.

doNotes (stickyDO):
Very useful tool for those quick notes and sending little or big messages over the Local Area Network (LAN) using TCP/IP to your colleagues and friends.

Icon Library:
When you are customizing do-Organizer Navigators, adding and replacing flag markers you’ll always come across an access link to the GemX Icon Library. It’s designed to hold a repository of icons that can be used through-out.

GemX Files Explorer:
Need a graphic to insert into your notes quickly? Do you want to locate and keep on site all your files? Use the handy do-Organizer “GemX Files Explorer” to find what you are looking for quickly. In essence, GemX Files Explorer is a flexible files browser. GemX Files Explorer supports many different file formats for viewing, which is included in the do-Organizer package.

The Files Explorer also has the ability to link any file to any record in your database. Navigate to that record and you will see all the files that are linked to that record. Imagine having a Task will lots of project files, PPT presentations, PDF documents and more, located around the disk, now you can group them together into a single Task record. It doesn’t have to be a task, it could be a Resource or any other record in the database.

Database Search:
It provides comprehensive search tools and quick access to locate the information stored within do-Organizer. Also includes advanced SQL scripting.

You can Index the entire contents of your database and search for records containing specific words for all sections or you may search by a specific section and specific field. The search is customizable and allows you to view text extracts.

There are more tools integrated into do-Organizer such as, Expresion Calculator, Backup Utility, Pasword Generator and Flag Markers Manager.
