The left hand(navigation) panel can be selectively expanded and navigated to locate any node in the database data tree.
The right hand(main) panel is focussed on a part of the data tree under the control of the left hand panel. Right now we are focussed on the root of the database and the entire table of houses (with 3 houses) is visible.
