I've been using ECCO for years but have never used email to sync between two computers. I'd forgotten why, but when I tried again today I saw why: Outlook isn't in the drop down list of email clients. Is it possible to use Outlook email for this purpose?

1. you can use any email client.   At most you'll do export  & manually send via your update file via any email program.
 
2. Have you tried MS mail  or  MAPI compliant settings ?
