Use a batch file (a text file ending in .bat)  that you can right click & drag and select create a shortcut in order to make  a shortcut to on your desktop or start menu.
 
 
the batch file should be located in your main ecco program directory (where ecco32.exe is located) together with the tools you want to auto-start.
