and i would also advise to rephrase headers to be shorter and more clear, eg -

Learn & Share Ecco Programming tips, tricks, techniques
to be
DDE Programming Tips & Tricks

because "Ecco Learn & Share" as what we all doing around.

Another example -

How do I ..... A place to ASK Questions... and... Hopefully get answers as well!

HOWTO - general

I'm asking about this because it is always problem for me to find where my notes are placed in this forum.
We are eccoers, we should present good organized structure for newcomers.
