OS = Win7
In days of old, when I switched from one ph bk entry to another, the entry I left collapsed itself. Mine no longer does that, so unless I collapse it before going to the next entry, I end with more & more expanded entries. A lot of clutter.

Is there a way or tool to make that collapse automatic?

well,

if you type Control+1 (from anywhere) it will collapse all items in view to TLI (top level) view.

(there may be a slang extension option to do this... but do not remember it off-hand...)
