Simple Filter set:

Post# has no value.

Hides the sub item in calendar as well as notepad view.

(in this photo notepad view filter is off).

Tips for beginners:
Turning filters off and on: One tip on how to get the filter back that you just removed is to click the "remove filter" again. You will actually toggle back to the filter once again. This is quicker than clicking tools filter remove. (see below for a quick click button to do this)

Another tip: when you move around the menu ie)format/font/color or anywhere else for that matter, watch to the right and you will see a small button that changes as your mouse moves over bold, color, size etc. Drag that button to the bar near the top and the next time you want bold or blue, just click on the button just like you see in the graphic above.

Naming filters: We have several contractors and several types of filters so we start the name of each filter with the contractors first name. This way all his filters are grouped together. ie)Ray High priority or Ray Low priority.
