Aloha, all, here it is the end of Sept 2009 and I am using a 13 yr old program!!  I have used Ecco pro for 5 years as ONLY a phonebook  and calendar and now want to dedicate this weekend to figuring out how to use Ecco Pro properly as an organizer, scheduler, keeping  track of tasks I give to employees and getting rid of my desk notebooks and forever loosing postits.  QUESTION:    
1: Is Ecco still the best for doing the above?
2: Learning curve and finding time to learn programs is my biggest obstacle.  so is Ecco still worth it and will it do the above.
Any add-ons that will help me

1. Welcome!

2. If you create a folder 'Employees' and sub folders for each Employee,  then create a viewpad for each employee,  you can work off your master outilne of projects/tasks  and see for each employee what has been assigned to them (with deadlines, etc.).   Works amazingly well.

3. Go over the 'guide for the perplexed'  in EccoTools.com board.   Many, many helpful tools.  Many freeware is very helpful for beginner,  (for example Screen2Ecco  or  LigthenUp!.
